Let's break it down to what the Doctor likes. We know he likes cups of tea,exploring and bananas. Cups of tea? Then surely the best place for him would be good old Yorkshire? There,the Doctor could have all the cuppas he wants,whilst also eating bananas and exploring historical places such as York and the Scarborough castle. The Doctor does go back in time,so I think he would be interested in historical stuff. Does he speak Yorkshire though? Would he understand such common phrases like "Aye up!" and "nought" or would he wander about confused? Who knows? But I'd certainly love it if the Doctor appeared in my home county.
